noisy air conditioning crowded breakfast room
the room wasn't EXACTLY what i expected. the air conditioning unit was noisy, difficult to sleep. the breakfast room was rather small and got crowded FAST. i also noticed that the coffee machine was often out of order, requiring me to ask staff for coffee EVERY time.

tv position room design
My room, a Beautiful Double Room Balcony, felt rather underwhelming. The tv faced the wall (WHY?). It gave the impression that the room was not well thought out. The experience with room was kind of disappointing.

underwhelming and overpriced stay
broken nespresso machine difficult internet
The tv was completely useless. It wasn't a smart tv. the internet was difficult to connect to. the nespresso machine was broken. there wasn't even regular coffee for the other coffee machine. i expected better, especially considering how much i paid.

Wonderful Stay in a Central Location
breakfast buffet key attractions
The breakfast buffet offered great choices. They included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. The location was AMAZING. I was steps away from key attractions and public transport. I had easy access to everything. The staff was kind, always ready to assist with directions.
The room had limited natural light. The small window overlooked an internal courtyard. This. It affected the overall ambiance.

The staff provided warm hospitality and attentive service. They quickly addressed requests and offered helpful recommendations. Their friendliness created a cute atmosphere for all guests.

Amazing Experience!
friendly staff helpful advice breakfast bag
I love how friendly and helpful the staff are. They gave me really useful advice at reception. I knew I'd miss breakfast one day, so they made me a bag. This was really kind.
The room get very hot sometimes. Turning on the air conditioning make it really loud.

The hotel has an elevator, so it is easy to move between floors. There is also a breakfast area that seems big enough for all the guests. A pedestrian side street gives a quiet feel.

The service are excellent, they helped me with all my questions. The hotel staff really cares about the guests, so friendly. They also helped me with my luggage.

separate sinks rainfall shower good selection
The room was VERY clean. I noticed the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast had a good selection. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. The location was ideal. It was nice and central. It was ALSO peaceful and quiet.
The elevator was small. Only one elevator exists.
